Returns

Is your order not quite what you were looking for? For a consumer purchase in the Bohemida online shop you have a 14 day cooling off period, counted from the day after receipt. Within this period you can let me know, without giving a reason, that you want to cancel the purchase. After that you have another 14 days to send the items back.

Registering your return

Register your return through the contact form at the bottom of this page, with your order number and the items you want to return. You can also use the return form. Add your name and order number to the parcel so I can process your return.

Pack carefully

You may unpack and inspect the item as you would in a shop. Handle the product with care and return all accompanying parts. Use the original packaging where possible and preferably leave labels and tags attached.

Has the item been used more than necessary to assess it? Then any resulting loss in value may be deducted.

Return costs

The costs of sending the items back are at your own expense. Pack the items well and keep the proof of shipment and the tracking code. You are responsible for the parcel during the return shipment.

Refund

I refund the purchase amount and the standard shipping costs within 14 days of your cancellation, once the item has been received back or you have shown that you have sent it back. This usually happens within 5 working days of receipt. Any additional costs for a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.

The refund is made using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. No additional costs are charged for this.

A wrong or damaged item

Did you receive a wrong or damaged item? Let me know through the contact form and mention your order number. I will then ask you for clear photos and help you with a suitable solution. Your statutory warranty rights apply here; the regular return cost arrangement does not apply.

Personalised products and custom work

For products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you, the right of withdrawal may be excluded. When this applies, it is stated before purchase. Purchasing to order alone does not automatically exclude a standard product from return.

Business orders

Business purchases are subject to the agreed business terms. The statutory cooling off period for consumers does not automatically apply to business orders.
